Shipping Policies

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • Belgium, Germany: 1–2 business days
  • United Arab Emirates: 7–10 business days

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses

2. Handling Time

Orders are processed within:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 0–1 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before the order cut-off time from Monday to Friday (GMT+01:00, Central European Time – Amsterdam) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Transit time is estimated at 1–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • Belgium, Germany: 1–2 business days
  • United Arab Emirates: 7–10 business days

We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to the following locations:

  • P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses
  • Countries other than the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the United Arab Emirates
